Hey Travis, I really like the design you came up with for Comp 2. The header image you use is very strong. I think you can have the most success visually using Comp 2.
My only advice would be to consider using a different color for your navigation with the logo. Perhaps just a slight color fade. This may add prominence to the navigation.
